Return Policy

  1. Return Policy:

    Thank you for shopping with WonderBra. If you need to make a return, please send back your unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) with price tags & original packaging still attached within 30 days of original purchase. We will issue a prompt credit (REFUND) to your account (credit card) when your return is received.

    Please note items purchased during a “Warehouse Sale” or “Clearance Sale” are final sale, meaning that no returns, exchanges or refunds can be accommodated. This only applies to bras priced at $15.00 and panties at $5.00.

  2. For Orders Shipped via Canada Post

    We wanted to let you know that, due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we're currently unable to receive returns from Canada Post at this time. Rest assured, we will process your returns as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

  3. For Orders shipped via UPS (November 18th onward)

    To initiate a return, we will provide you with a UPS return label for shipping the item back to us. A fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund for this service.

Terms and Conditions:

  • In order to receive a full refund, ensure item(s) have all original packaging and/or price tickets.
  • If you are returning items purchased during a BOGO sale event (Buy 1 Get 2) all items must be returned for a full refund. Should you return 1 item, we will treat each item in the pair as a new, equal value based off of the order total for all the grouped items, where the same % off discount is applied to each item individually. Returning any of the items from a BOGO offer will refund that discounted value of the returned item to your original method of payment. (If you return 1 item you will receive a 50% discount).
  • We can only issue the credit to the original form of payment (Visa, MC, Amex).
  • Online exchanges are not available at this time. For a different size or color, place a new order.
  • Allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be received and to process your request.
  • An email notification will be sent once your return has been processed if you provided an email address at the time of order.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless your item(s) were damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.
  • We will not issue a returns credit for used products unless the product was defective. If you received a damaged or defective item, please call our customer service team.
